Re: FN-FORUM: Suggestions for Dedicated server selection Please!!

date posted 5th March 2008 10:03

Hi Sudeep.

I can highly recommend clook.co.uk. I've been with them for a couple of
years and couldn't believe how good they were compared to my previous
hosting company.

The main big big plus from what you are asking, is their level of
support. 24/7 they usually reply within a couple of minutes (as in 3 or
4, not 40 or 50)! I've even been working at 1am (I know, sad git) and
they have responded and sorted out a question within minutes.

They have different levels of hosting plans too, so if you really need
it, you can have a totally pro-active plan, where they monitor and fix
things without you asking and upgrade software for you as and when required.

They only do Linux though, so if for some bazaar reason you want a
microsoft offering, you will have to look elsewhere.

Drop them a line with your requirements - I'm sure you'll be impressed.
