I was still using windows 2000 until a week ago when a new PC with no
drivers for XP or 2000 forced me to Vista.

But fingers crossed all seems to be working albeit a bit sluggish

Have you tried disabling the windows firewall? =20

Me, I'm sticking with XP 'til at least Vista SP2. Hell, I only moved to=20
XP at the end of 2006...
