That's pretty pricey, agreed, but I'd expect a slickly-designed, usable =
site
for a large client, complete with database driven content and bespoke
back-office to go for =A36k-=A310k, depending on requirements.=20

The remainder is the mark-up you get with "creative agencies". Something =

to pay for all those bean bags :)
