Depends how good the CMS is and how long you spent on it. I'm pretty
much throwing my CMS in for free at the moment - a little freebie for
my customers. I'm in talks with a company to sell/licence my CMS so
they can use it as many times as they want with their customers. I'll
probably charge them a few thousand because it's taken me a while to
code and it's a good system :)
Also include training into the price.
