There are others but OSC isn't that difficult if you can think a bit.
Mind the classic mistakes and you'll be ok.

Drupal is more difficult to use, but much, much more secure. Joomla
has a long history of bad bugs that go unfixed for months.

I can confirm this. We did a MMS (massively multi-lingual site) a few years
ago which included Arabic, Russian and some other non-western fonts.
