both are sledgehammers cracking nuts if I understand what you need.
I'd be more inclined to get a blogger account and integrate that for
her pages that need text changing (her news?) and a simple photo
gallery script for her photos.
the single most important thing you need to address is the *real* spec
for what she wants to do.
which pages, how many photos a month etc...
Whole site CMS's can be more trouble than they are worth - the client
has to learn how to use them and sometimes all they want is a semi-
annual update to news and prices...
get a detailed spec for her needs and I suspect there are better.
simpler answers....
