I always tend to recommend Drupal because I use it a lot, I'm very
active in the community, and I did a lot of research that led me to
using it and liking it so much. In this case though I'd be tempted to
suggest a simpler system, like Wordpress maybe. If you use Drupal and
start learning how to properly use it, you'll learn a lot of new
skills, and the site will be very extensible in case the client wants
to add new features in the future.
