Fastest home upload is from Be with 2.5Mbits

Check www.samknows.com to find out which LLU suppliers are in your area
and then pick from the fastest. Virgin will be launching a 50Mbit (not
sure on the upload) product sometime this year if it's available, this
will probably be the fastest home advertised speed (real world speeds
will probably be a lot less).

If you don't have either, then your stuck with bt adsl, a business
connection will be faster than the home one.
