The trouble with this point of view is that it makes certain
assumptions about who uses the web and how they use it.

Accessibility isn't just about visual impairment, selling photo's
isn't all about 'impactful' presentation.

using CSS isn't all about accessibility.

that said, when you're still arguing the same points with the same
people several years later it's wasting everyone's time.
