If you use firebug you can see that there's a floating div class = links >
center which is over the top of your entire page, this means that you can't
click on the buttons because there's something over the top of them, you
need to think more layers like in photoshop or something, if you have a
layer covering something then you can't click on the things behind it.

Sorry - the more I look at this - the more I think I need to do a lot more
boning up on the whole subject
I found if I placed a graphic after my divs, it makes the rollovers work,
although I have absolutely no idea why, so hopefully now it is going to work
across a range of browsers
I feel like I am banging a hammer on the TV to see if it makes a difference
