Hi Andrew,

I am a little curious - I assume you have an existing osCommerce install,
which you need to convert to run off PHP5 and MySQL5, correct?

It is just that I have a test server at home (XAMPP), which is running 2 (if
not 3) installs of osCommerce on PHP5 and MySQL5 fine - the only issue is
that register_globals has to be set via a .htaccess file, but one is
included in osCommerce 2.2 rc1 (the version I use). There is allegedly a mod
available on addons.oscommerce.com for register_globals, but I have not had
a chance to look at it yet...(I need to as well, as I am not a keen fan of
.htaccess files, unless necessary...)
