FN-FORUM: Creating an online calender which synchronises with Outlook

Good morning,

I had brought this topic up about 6 months ago, but am hoping there
are more solutions out there now.
I have a website which is php/MySQL built. The client has an outlook
calender, which they would like to share online on the site. They
would really like for it to somehow synchronise so they don't have to
copy and paste from one to the other.
Is this possible at all? Obviously would be very interested in open
source solutions to this, but what are the chances of that!
