Lee,

Because each cannot see the other's appointments. And I think that
having multiple outlook calendars shared over their network is the way
they have it set up, so have to work with that.
Its the mapping between one (or several) google calendars and one (or
several) oulook calendars on one maching using the Google Sync tool
which I can't seem to figure out.
