FN-FORUM: breadcrumb path - OSC

here's a strange one.

In OSC.
I have 2 categories Cat A and Cat B

Drill down through Cat A to the product_info page and the breadcrumb
trail is correct:
Store > Category > Sub category > Product

Drill down through Cat B to the product_info page and the breadcrumb
trail is incorrect:
Store > Product

Going through the categories is fine. It's just when you get to Cat B
product page that the trail changes.

Anyone have any idea why this would happen?
