My idea would be to use one of the many image slideshows using a Javascript
framework like Scriptaculous, Mootools or JQuery

All of these frameworks have a slideshow component, look at SmoothGallery
for Mootools http://smoothgallery.jondesign.net/ which uses the different
images contained within the source of the HTML to display the slideshow. You
can then use the FileSystemObject of ASP to dynamically generate however
many images you need.
