Do you have any idea how would I go about converting all the postcode's I've
got to their long/lat's ?

I don't know of how much use this is to people, but I use a range of sources
for postcodes for my Business Intelligence work, these include
npemap.org.uk,
freethepostcode.org and probably most useful of all geonames.org, I grab all
the files automatically and insert them into the relevant databases.
