if they are completely in the right and the client somehow screwed them
over, it has nothing to do with you and it is unprofessional. Give them a
warning that unless they stop you will forward it to the abuse team.
In the past, people I have worked with have passed their work (or a portion
of it) to other people (primarily as they were cheaper), it was really
annoying as I had contributed to building their business reputation and I
had/have been loyal for many years, but you just have to suck it up and mov=
e
on.
