FN-FORUM: Brown belt land and gardens

evening all....

I'm wondering if anyone else saw/heard about this a few weeks back...
from memory it was that the gov't had re-categorised all gardens to being
brownbelt land so it could be built on.

Can anyone remember anything about this or know where I can find out more
info.
