I use WebLogExpert (WLE) at http://www.weblogexpert.com/ , which is $75
(about £35) although they also do a free "Lite" version (
http://www.weblogexpert.com/lite.htm ) which is free, but only offers a
bare minimum of features.

In use I find it to be pretty fast, and throw out decent reports.
They're not perfect - there's no way to view visitor paths through the
site etc., but as a basic log analysis tool it works nicely, and leaves
my clients happy with the results too.
