It's the Companies Act.

You don't need it on every page but it must be easily found for instance via
a contact us link. It should also be on any invoices the site issues if it
does ecommerce for instance.

You also need this on every email sent from the company along with Co reg
number VAT number, registered address. (this information should be on all
emails, eg, electronic invoices, emails, statements, everything)
