FN-FORUM: Strange Problem - Email sending

Afternoon all...

This is one that has me scratching my head...

Client with ADSL 2...via O2... new wireless router (but pc is connected by
wire). Hosted website and email services.. they can receive emails, but
cannot send them out. I've checked the settings and they are all fine,
checked sending an email on their account form my office and it goes fine,
tried sending one from their office using my laptop but their
router/connection and it failed....

Tried using a draytek 2800vg on their line but it wouldn't connect (probably
some setting I didn't have right for adsl2).

Any ideas/things to try next?
