Are they sending out emails with the "from" address being the same as =20
the email address created for them for their O2 service?

I know BT have recently blocked outgoing emails (if you have a =20
BT/Yahoo mail address) from being sent with any "from" or "reply-to" =20
address that's not the defined email address for the account.

I got bitten by this recently, and had to set up my own SMTP server in =20
order to continue sending emails.
