Just a quick thing on this (slightly old) thread - The Register is
today carrying a review of a new 'green' PC by Lenovo . (
http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2008/04/28/review_lenovo_a61e/ ) Seems
to have about a 55W draw in use ( 40W when on and not working ) with
passive cooling.
It's not a massively complimentary review, as they think it's
underpowered and not all that great - but as a basic work PC, there's
plenty worse out there.
