It sounds like the QT is not streaming. Buy Quicktime Pro, there is an
option to package for web and get the movie to stream and you won't have to
re-output anything. Or output as an uncompressed Qt / AVI and recompress to
FLV [flash] and use a flash player. We do it like that on our site because
there's nothing to beat it in terms of quality vs filesize imho.
