They will appear only on AdSense.
AdSense includes image and video banners aswell as the usual text ads.

That was a b***ch to find. The COOKIE_DOMAIN variable had to be changed to
''4wire.co.uk', no http or www. I would never have found...

Have you tried google adwords?
80p may sound cheap but on some adword campaigns I have only paid 1p per
1000 impressions.
Also, allows a lot more control - you can specify locations within the UK...

It looks ok but if you could post/ mail me the url i can have a proper look.
Many things can cause this including not clearing your cache, domain not
propogating properly etc
