Better still: the excellent (and free OSS) WinMerge:

TIP: If you use Dreamweaver, choose WinMerge.exe (or another file compare
utility) as your "File Compare" utility (under Preferences). You can then
select two files and choose "Compare Local Files", or select a single file
and choose "Compare with Remote" to compare with the "live" (FTP, etc)
version.

The latter is invaluable, and is also triggerable directly from the
"Synchronize" window.
