Try inserting:
echo mysql_error();
After your mysql_query() to see what the problem is.
Also, make sure you've removed any quotes. Add something like:

You can try to charge them but I wouldn't. You have no written
assignment, contract or similar. Plus if you charge them it gets you
back a negative reference and companies know each other...

This might work better for you, I find pre formatting text then adding it as
a list of variables works better for text based emails

Dump the mail command, and use PHP Mailer.
http://phpmailer.codeworxtech.com/
It's easy to use and will create correctly formatted headers and emails,
it's also more secure.
