I have so far worked with GoogleCheckout and Raven Online
(http://www.pacnetservices.com/index.php, Canada). Both have easy
implementation.
I believe the latter one requires some sort of a set up fee.
GoogleCheckout is not that painful as user's account will be created
automatically after entering billing, shipping and CC details.
