FN-FORUM: Windows Email client recommendation

A question on behalf of a client; can anyone recommend a Windows email
client other than Outlook which allows you to drag and drop messages
from the Inbox into a Windows folder and then open the message from
that folder like any other document? Do all the decent products do
that these days? Many thanks.
