If it's a .co.uk it can be transferred immediately through Nominet as it's registered to the client and not one.com. One.com should provide an auth code for all other domains and this is what you'l...

I just remembered with a .com the registrar can lock the domain from being transferred. Bugger. if it is a .uk though i don't think it can be locked and you can just go direct via Nominet to change...
