Trajkovski, ИМфПрЌ ÐŽ.П.П: “Exo application – workflow and document management software development” USAID Project – manager of development (2001-2004) Project for implementation of paperless office. During this project, software was designed and developed for automation of working processes in USAID office in Macedonia. The software is implemented at the end of 2001 and it is still opperational. Few upgrades are developed since then enhancing the functionalities of the developed system. My personal possition in this project was in development of design documents and as manager of software development. In 2002, this software is sucesfully installed in 20 other USAID offices around the world. The project was held at the Institute of Informatics. During the project, software was designed and developed for automated assessment of knowledge. That software is implemented at the Institute of Informatics and it is still operational. The software sith some modifications is installed in A.D. Mobimak since 2002 and is still operational. The developed software gived possibilities for fast and efficiend survey definition, colecting and analysing the data. The software is installed in A.D. Municipality of Bitola was selected as pilot municipality for implementation of e-services to the public, and automation of its internal processes. During the project document management system was developed which is automating the document flow in the municipality and solves the problems with management of their documents. My personal possition in this project was in software design and development. Contact person: Gjoko Veljanovski (veljan@eupharemlsg.org.mk)  MCD/03/M05 Local e-Governance in Macedonia, UNDP – (2003-2004) Project for assessment the use of information technology in Macedonia municipalities. Detailed assessment was made during the project about the existing IT infrastructure in the municipalities, and about the services they offer using IT. For quicker and easier analyse of the gathered data, modification was made on the previously desegned and developed software for eTestign and eSurvey, and it was addapted for this project. The software is installed and gathered data is analysed. These analyses were used in final report of the project. My personal possition was in definition of the needs for data analyses, and in addoptation of the existing software for analysing survey data. Contact person: Janevski Zoran (zoran.janevski@undp.org.mk)  TEMPUS CD JEP 16160/2001, “Innovation in Computer Science Education”, 2001-2004 Project for improvement of the computer science curricula at the Universities. During he project few visits were made in different Universities in Germany, Greece, Serbia and Monte Negro, during which experiences were exchanged about the existing curricula. Locating the problems and possible improvements, ways for improving the curricula were defined. At the end of the project results were presented about the changes that were made, and about their influence in the education process. Contact person: Prof. D-r.
