Jeslin also has a considerable amount of experience in creating web style guides, wireframe prototypes and navigational architecture documents. He has worked on several SEO and SEM based projects, as well. 

His goal is to make the world see the change that can come about by combining concept, technology and design. This can be applied to any medium right from a brand communication banner to a full-fledged television commercial.

Jeslin specializes in blending creative skills with cutting-edge technology on the web 2.0 platform. e.g., using HTML5/RIA (rich internet applications) to create a new medium for brands to interact with their target audience.

Currently his role has expanded to align more with the business and execution , crowd sourcing campaigns, handling collateral's for 360 degree international branding campaigns, handling offline centre branding, ideating crowd sourcing events, making sure the online conversion rate and CTRs are in check, media strategy for online campaigns. He has been consistently meeting targets for ROI and CTR’s. He has also gone a step forward by creating new avenues and refurbishing old models to optimise campaign performance both in terms of CPCs and conversions. Over a period of time he has picked up the pulse of the marketing segment and is capable of doing data analysis to find out what exactly is going wrong in a particular campaign.

His extended list of responsibilities also includes, creating a social media strategy for all people group properties. He has done that successfully with various viral ideas, which invariably pushed the engagement metric to a new level.

Senior Manager - Design (HSBC Investsmart Ltd.)

He has played a dual role of heading the UI team of Product as well as Heading the Creative team for marketing. He had seven people reporting to him in his team.

His role was to ensure all the creative requirements for interface design, mailers, banners, offline paraphernalia, product offers...etc were delivered as per the brief before the deadline. He was also supposed to ensure that there are innovations in the digital space and also maintain quality standards.

He has worked on online and offline rebranding creative collateral's for Etrade and HSBC. He has also successfully run online rebranding campaigns for the two brands. This includes redesigning the website twice abiding the branding norms laid down by the respective brands

He has also worked on the HSBC InvestDirect Corporate website, keeping in line with the branding norms of HSBC bank.

He played an instrumental role in putting together the UI and flow for SmartStart, SmartInvest & SmartInvest

Jeslin was heading a creative unit consisting of 3 people. His primary role was to come up with the big idea and plan the execution of the same. A manager who would get his hands dirty and lead the execution by being part of the team. His role was not only limited to ideation but also development and execution.
