University of Houston, AAPA, minored in journalism. After spending nine years in public administration (as a city administrator), I changed careers, serving the newspaper/broadcast industries for the past 20-plus years. A former Executive Editor, Managing editor, city editor, bureau chief and field correspondent, my primary career has been as a freelance and contract writer/photographer. I have also produced and hosted live radio talk shows, generated broadcast copy and voice-overs, and serve as the contract entetainment writer/photographer for America Online/Digital City for the Santa Fe/Albuquerque region.
