Web-based manual stock system, with a user-facing sample ordering system via a web form.

1. User (Sales Rep) logs in through the website front-end.
2. They can then either View existing Requests / Add a new Sample Request or Edit their own profile (not password).
3. Their sample request appears in the admin system, adjusts the current stock level and triggers an email alert to pre-selected admin users.
4. Admin manually prepares the sample and activates a pickup through the UPS system, this then provides the system with an automatic progress of the package through to delivery.

Ideally coded in Joomla or Drupal, probably not Wordpress but open to suggestions, however needs to integrate with UPS delivery system to provide automatic dispatch and arrival updates.

Hosted in house with us - Visuals for front-end and admin screens for desired layout and features are available and most of the example data used is fairly accurate. Two separate files to show interested parties after initial discussion - one for the user and the other detailing the admin interface.

Although most of the features proposed to the client are already agreed, the system must be scalable to enable expansion going forward.

All applicants must be based in the UK and confirm that they are eligible to live and work in the UK.
